You shoot. We do the rest.
Set Your Own Rate
Name your hourly rate and your travel fees. Every booking is at least 4 hours.
Set Your Own Schedule
Accept weddings that work for you, decline the ones that don't. You have 24 hours to accept a booking request, then the couple has 96 hours to book. Take as many or as few as you like.
We Handle the Rest
Bookings, contracts, payments, client communication — everything before and after the wedding day is on us.
Studio-Managed Editing
Hand off your raw files and we take it from there. Our in-house editors deliver the final gallery and films — you skip 20+ hours of post per wedding.
Steady Bookings
We bring you clients. No more chasing leads or managing your own marketing.
Creative Freedom
Shoot your style. We match you with couples who love your look, and you can use the photos and films for your own business unless a couple asks for privacy.

Questions
How do I set my rate?
You name your own hourly rate, and you can set travel fees for weddings farther from home. Every booking is at least 4 hours. You can update your rates anytime from your vendor dashboard. We use your rate to calculate the couple-facing price, so you always know exactly what you'll earn.
What's the approval process like?
After you create your account, our team reviews your portfolio, experience, and references. We're looking for consistent quality across full wedding galleries (not just highlight reels). You'll hear back within 5 business days.
Can I accept or decline weddings?
Absolutely. You have full control over which weddings you take. When a booking request comes in for your area, you have 24 hours to accept or pass, with no penalties. Once you accept, the couple has 96 hours to book.
What if I need to cancel a wedding?
You'll always be asked to confirm a booking before you're booked. Once you confirm, we count on you to be there. Canceling a confirmed booking costs $400, and a no-show or a cancellation within 14 days of the wedding costs $2,500, so only confirm dates you're sure you can cover.
Do I have to edit my own work?
No — that's one of the biggest reasons photographers and videographers join us. After the wedding, you upload your raw files and our in-house studio team handles everything: culling, color, retouching, and final delivery for photo, plus full edit, color grade, and audio mix for video. You skip the 20-40 hours of post-production per wedding and focus on shooting.
How and when do I get paid?
You're paid via direct deposit within 14 days of uploading all your files from the wedding. We handle all payment collection from the couple, so you never have to chase invoices.
Can I update my profile and availability anytime?
Yes. Your vendor dashboard lets you update your portfolio, bio, rates, availability calendar, and the cities you cover — all on your own schedule.
What cities are you in?
We're currently active in Austin, San Antonio, and New York City — with more cities coming soon. If you're based nearby, we'd love to hear from you.
Do I need specific equipment?
We expect professional-grade gear (full-frame camera bodies, quality lenses, backup equipment). Specific requirements vary by service — photographers and videographers have slightly different gear expectations, which we'll cover during onboarding.
