Jorge C.

Jorge is a filmmaker from Mexico who grew up in Texas and has called New York home long enough that the winter road salt is starting to melt his face. He’s a graduate of UT Austin’s Film program, NYU Tisch’s Film MFA program, and the Upright Citizens Brigade’s Improv Comedy program — over a decade of experience spanning visual journalism and independent film.

Jorge’s improv training makes him quick on his feet for whatever a wedding throws his way, while his visual storytelling captures the scene with journalistic intuition and cinematic standards. A wry romantic at heart, he feels that witnessing a marriage and capturing it for posterity is a privilege — one he takes as tenderly and seriously as possible while keeping the good times going.
