My team and I help you build your package, work through your photo and video timeline, and share your priorities with your team. We stay involved through editing and delivery, so you have someone to turn to as questions come up.

Tell us what you need from each service. The studio can discuss available coverage arrangements and help build a coordinated package, with the hours for each artist clearly listed in your quote.
Why book through Double Knot instead of hiring someone directly?
You choose the people capturing your wedding and get a dedicated studio team behind them. We help shape your package, develop your timeline and shot list, coordinate photo and video coverage, and manage editing and delivery. Your booking agreement is with Double Knot Pictures, so you have one studio to turn to for questions, payments, and support throughout the process.
Do you offer photo + video bundles?
Yes. You can choose your photographer and videographer separately and bring both services together in one booking. Your quote shows the applicable photo + video discount. Our studio helps coordinate their coverage and manages the selected photos and films, so both teams are working from the same plan.
Can we tailor the package or add engagement photos?
Absolutely. Our studio can help you choose coverage hours, decide whether you need additional artists, and explore engagement sessions and film options. Tell us what you have in mind and we will build a package around your priorities and the available options. Engagement sessions and other extras are included only when listed in your quote.
What does dedicated concierge studio support include?
Adam and the Double Knot studio team are here from your first questions through your finished photos and films. We help with package creation, timeline development, shot lists, family photo groupings, and coordinating your photo and video team. We also handle booking questions, plan changes, editing, and delivery. If you need help figuring something out, reach out; you do not have to manage every detail alone.
Does checking availability or booking a meeting hold our date?
No. Your signed agreement and first payment reserve your booking. Availability can change while you are browsing or scheduling meetings, so it helps to start once you know your wedding date and location. If your wedding is coming up soon, check your date and we can help you explore the available options.
What if our photographer or videographer has an emergency?
The studio handles backup coordination and will talk with you about replacement coverage if your artist has an emergency. Our standard agreement also provides that, if Double Knot must terminate for a reasonable cause such as an accident or ill health, you can choose a replacement photographer or videographer or a full refund. Your signed agreement contains the terms that apply to your booking.
