After starting a career in wedding videography, Jared quickly discovered a passion for capturing those special moments throughout the entire wedding. I gives me immense joy in not only filming these moments, but being able to witness with my own eyes and see the happiness it brings to couples and their loved ones. Outside of capturing weddings, I enjoy all things film-related such as making my own films, and going to the cinema to watch others. I also love exploring the great outdoors, having spent much of my life growing up in New Zealand.

In capturing both photos and videos, I am particularly drawn to the art of preserving the more intimate moments that define a wedding day. Specifically I focus on capturing close-ups during pivotal moments of the wedding such as the vows, the first kiss, and the first dance to name a few . These shots encapsulate the more heartfelt moments and genuine expressions that make each wedding unique.

Approaching weddings with a keen eye for storytelling, I strive to create a visual narrative that not only documents the event but also reflects the couple's personality and the atmosphere of the day. I believe in the power of visual storytelling to evoke emotions and transport viewers back to the most cherished moments of their special day.

Interacting with clients is a key aspect of my approach. I am highly personable and prioritize building a rapport with couples to ensure they feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera. Understanding that each couple has their own vision, I collaborate closely with them to tailor my approach to their preferences.

Throughout the wedding day, I am not just a silent observer but an active participant in ensuring the couple's experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. I go the extra mile to foster a relaxed atmosphere, often checking in with clients to address any concerns and ensure they are having the best time on their special day. Whether it's capturing a fleeting glance or orchestrating a creative shot, my goal is to contribute to a positive and memorable wedding experience for all my clients.
